A note on this entry Inti is the Inca sun deity and the ancestor of the Sapa Inca, with a state cult, a priesthood and the Coricancha in Cusco; the entry's account of the temple and of the June solstice festival is right, but 'still kept' needs care - the modern Cusco Inti Raymi is a 1944 revival by Faustino Espinoza Navarro and is now largely a pageant, while separate Quechua/Aymara solstice ceremonies continue. The planetary, elemental, tarot and sabbat values in this entry are Western occult overlays that Andean religion does not have, and 'Lord of the Day' is an English gloss rather than an attested title.
