Torah is 611, and this is the clearest case of gematria doing real work in the Talmud: 'Torah tzivah lanu Moshe' is read as 611 commandments given through Moses, with the remaining two heard directly from God, which brings the total to the 613 of the law. The arithmetic is homiletic, but it is how the tradition explains why the count of commandments is what it is. In the Zohar the written Torah is Tiphareth and the oral Torah Malkuth.
