Meaning
A planet casts a dexter aspect to its right, which is backwards against the order of the signs, from a later degree to an earlier one; it casts a sinister aspect to its left, forwards with the signs. The dexter aspect is counted the stronger and more available, the sinister weaker, and the same geometry can be dexter from one end and sinister from the other, which matters in horary judgement about which party acts.
