Mythology Summary

Demon king in Judeo-Christian tradition, originally from Zoroastrian Aeshma Daeva. Associated with lust, wrath, vengeance. In Book of Tobit, kills seven husbands of Sarah before being bound. Represents desire and rage as sovereign forces, not sins. Left Hand Path ally for those reclaiming appetite and anger as sacred, not shameful.

Modern Practice

Patron of those reclaiming lust and wrath, strategic destroyers, vengeance workers. Invoked for owning desire without shame, righteous rage work, destroying obstacles, sovereign appetite. Teaches that anger has place, that desire is sacred, that some things should be destroyed.
