Excluding the Sun, no planet with the Moon, none in the 2nd or the 12th from the Moon, and none in a kendra from the lagna. BPHS ch. 37 gives all three conditions together; the popular form uses only the 2nd and 12th from the Moon.
BPHS: the native is much reproached, bereft of intelligence and learning, and reduced to penury and perils. The yoga is read as isolation of the mind and the absence of the support a family and a circle give.
Kemadruma is the affliction of the Moon by emptiness: the graha of the mind with nothing beside it on either side. It is among the most feared combinations in the tradition and among the most cancelled in practice, since the conditions are strict and the exceptions are many.
