Any mutual relation (conjunction, aspect or exchange) between the lords of the 2nd, 5th, 9th and 11th bhavas, or between those lords and the lagna lord. BPHS ch. 37 gives a separate lunar form: all three benefics in an upachaya house (3, 6, 10, 11) counted from the Moon.
Wealth: what the classical texts call affluence, with the degree of it scaled by the number and strength of the planets forming the combination. BPHS ch. 41 grades the results by the strength and the divisional dignity of the planets.
Dhana yoga is a family rather than a single rule. The 2nd is what is stored, the 11th what is gained, and the 5th and 9th the merit and fortune that bring wealth without effort; a relation among their lords is the standard definition. The tradition insists that the strength of the planets and not the presence of the combination decides the amount.
