Prolongation of life is the office of the first form, made in the hour of Jupiter with the planet in his exaltation fortunately ascending. The second is for felicity, riches, honour, benevolence, prosperity and freedom from enemies. The third is for a religious and glorious life and the advancement of fortune. All three are works of increase, which is what Jupiter is for.

A second: a naked crowned man, hands joined and lifted as if beseeching, seated in a four-footed chair carried by four winged boys, in a white and clear stone, for felicity, riches, honour, benevolence and prosperity and against enemies. A third, for a religious and glorious life: a man with the head of a lion or a ram and eagle's feet, in saffron clothes, called the son of Jupiter.
