Seven circlesGenesisModern new ageFlower of life core
Meaning
Seven equal circles: one at the centre and six around it, each outer circle passing through the centre of the middle one. The figure is the core of the flower of life, and in modern sacred-geometry teaching it is read as the pattern of creation, the six days of making around a still centre.
Sacred Ratio
6-fold (sixty degrees)
Construction
Set a compass to a radius and draw a circle. Keeping the same radius, step the point around the circumference at sixty-degree intervals and draw a circle at each step; six fit exactly, and the seventh circle is the original. The construction is the classical rosette of six circles and needs nothing but a compass held at one setting.
