BPHS ch. 35, among the Nabhasa yogas: all the planets disposed in the 1st and 7th bhavas - the two ends of the cart's axle.
Fruit
BPHS: the native is afflicted by disease, has diseased or ugly nails, is foolish, lives by pulling carts, and is poor and without friends or relatives. It is one of the explicitly unfortunate Nabhasa yogas.
Meaning
Sakata is a cart, and the image is of a life that is all axle and no load: the planets divided between the house of the self and the house of the other, with nothing between them. It belongs to the Nabhasa group, the yogas formed by the arrangement of all the planets across the chart rather than by their dignities.
