A note on this entry Methods vary in how canonical they are: tarot, runes, ogham, I Ching, geomancy and Lenormand are closed systems with their own corpus files, while scrying, tasseography and the rest are practices with regional or personal vocabularies. The corpus records the method and points to the system file where one exists.
