नित्ययोग
English
the daily yoga of the Sun and Moon
Meaning
The nitya yoga is the fourth limb of the panchanga: add the longitudes of the Sun and the Moon, divide by thirteen degrees twenty minutes, and the quotient names one of twenty-seven yogas running from Vishkambha and Priti through Vyatipata and Vaidhriti. It is a property of the day, not of a person's chart, and it is one of the five things an electional judgement reads.
