What is on the desk.

A device-level inventory, intentionally pin-agnostic. This page is the one to read when you want to know what exists, what is live, and what is still deliberately left out of the map.

If a new device appears, or one of the live groups changes shape, this page should be the first thing updated. The diagram can change. The inventory is the base record.
